The staff was friendly, and the room was clean with hot water and a comfortable A/C. A smoking-free facility added to the pleasant atmosphere.

Noise disturbances were bothersome, and the outdated decor. Inconsistent maintenance was concerning, reflecting the hotel's overall condition.

Fairly clean hotel with particularly good location in Fairborn just off Wright Patterson Air Force museum and several restaurants and the Wright-Patterson AFB and McDonald's. Well-kept and large room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Good meals. Early check in, great prices. Such great stay, as always.

No breakfast at all.

The staff wanted to be helpful.

It was 87° when I arrived. The A/C took four hours to cool it down! The pool was closed for the season, a big letdown since I chose this hotel for that amenity. To top it off, the toilet wouldn't flush. They informed me at checkout that they had to turn the water off due to a leak. It was like the entire hotel was trashed and completely mismanaged.

It was just an excellent fit for a short staycation in Fairborn with value for money. The check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated having a fridge and microwave in the room. Remember to bring a power strip as there aren't enough outlets.

I appreciated the microwave and fridge in my room, handy . The A/C unit worked effectively, keeping the room comfortable. The outdated decor could use some modern touches to enhance the overall experience.

It was just a proper fit for short visits in Fairborn with good value. The pool was an unexpected highlight, going as deep as 9 feet, but make sure to check the ladders for safety. Bring a power strip for the room as outlets are limited.

For my last-minute stay, I found the room spacious with a comfy bed, and the AC worked perfectly! Unfortunately, the outdated decor.
